Trouble adding MyBlogLog Plugin to WordPress
I have had a great deal of trouble adding the mybloglog plugin into blogs the last couple of months. it has worked flawlessly on umpteen different blogs up until now. I don’t like to clutter my sidebar up- and I have found HUGE difference in CTR on Adsense Ads when I use things like most popular posts, etc in sidebar.
So I am fine just to add the code manually for stats. I may rethink things and stop using mybloglog altogether since the integration with Yahoo.
In the meantime, I have just been adding mybloglog code manually. To add the mybloglog script into wordpress,
copy paste :
( found in your mybloglog settings when you first sign up)
just after the open body tags.
An open tag in HTML looks like this: a closed tag will have forward slash, like this .
You can find the body tag in header.php file in Admin/presentation/themes/edit themes.
Just paste in in after you see Go back and check that mybloglog is working. It should be instant.
