Joost De Valk has tweaked the popular Sociable plugin for wordpress. This is the simple but powerful plugin that lets readers easily use a huge range of social bookmarking sites. Those little icons sit at the bottom of your post and with one click reader can submit to site of their choice- including Digg, Stumbleupon, Sphere and with Joost’s tweaks to Twitter, Sphinn, Google Bookmarks, Live and my favourite , Facebook.

The links are also nofollow. He also fixed the issue with t- which I have had on all my sites.
