Update: AdSense Public Service Ads Showing Up on My Blog’s Page

I wrote about the mystery of why a few pages on one of my blogs were only showing AdSense public service ads or no ads at all in earlier post, Google Adense Ads Not Showing Up or Appearing as Public Service Ads.
I did report the problem and was pleasantly surprised at ow quickly they fixed. Took them about a week and I thought they would never fix , ignore or fix months from now.

They could give me no reason why the problem happened- this is basically the email I received:

Thanks for your patience. Our team was able to restore the AdSense ads to
your site. I’ve reviewed your pages and verified that ads are up and
running again. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I wasn’t comfortable with the wait and see if it fixes itself. Time waiting for it to adjust is time not making money and doesn’t cost more than a few minutes to send off an email requesting help.

            1. I also had that problem. Mine was fixed even sooner. I think they are still very friendly although they are such a big company.

            2. Thanks for sharing, i also see couple times this on my websites but Google changed this over one hour, it seems like automated proces.
              Regards.

            3. This happened to me, they said it was because I didnt verify yet (meaning typing in the code that they mail you). Once I did that it was immediately switched to targeted ads.

            5. Thanks for the post. This happened on my blog as well. Google did change this throughout the day so I’m assuming that the process if fully automated. Otherwise the same internal page would have produced the same ad.

            6. Thanks for sharing, Also do you know how long it take to get approve from adwords?

            7. Where did you find the contact information for the Adsense-people? I can’t seem to find it anywhere?

            8. That’s pretty good, I’ve generally found the adsense support to be helpful as well. Glad you were able to get the thing resolved.

            9. Thanx for this sharing information. I had an Adsense accounts that was blocked due to some reasons i have no idea about it can anyone please help me out how could i unblock my adsense account.

            10. I think their search engine trying to find the best add matching keyword in your website.Just be patient. :)

            11. Wow, that’s great - I haven’t heard of people getting a response from Google before. hopefully this means that they’re beefing up their customer service.

On a brand new site/page it’s not uncommon for the PSA’s to show up until the crawler get’s a chance to visit, but this sounds as though it went on much longer. Glad you got some resolution!
