You Comment, I Follow – List of Sites That Follow
Join the “You comment I follow” campaign, started
by Randa Clay.
What does this mean? It mean you turn off the tags that add “nofollow” attribute to inks in comments section of your blog ( which was originally put into place to stop spammers with loading your comments with post about ringtones and cyialis)
You can do this quite easily by adding the dofollow plugin for WordPress .
How this information is useful? Sites that tell you they have done this want you to comment. If you comment on their blog then your link will be followed by search engines – this may help your page rank. All those little comments- with a link back to your site ( make sure you put your blog’s URL in the “website” or URL field) help you two ways. Possible traffic and bit of page rank passed. When commenting please make sure you are adding value to the site and not just a “great post” comment. They are annoying.
